Privacy Notice
CareerPro helps users draft and organize professional achievement notes for career conversations. This beta notice explains the current data handling at a high level.
Data We Process
We process account details such as email, name, phone, role, organization, preferred language, profile image if added, and the career dashboard content you enter.
We also process limited operational metadata, such as account creation time, login/last-seen timestamps, admin status, and counts/timestamps for AI drafting requests. We do not store AI prompt text in these usage counters.
Cookies And Browser Storage
We currently use essential cookies and browser storage for login sessions, authentication security, language preference, app functionality, and remembering that the cookie/storage notice was shown. We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or analytics trackers.
AI Processing
When you use the achievement drafting feature, the text you enter is sent to an AI provider to generate suggested wording. Do not enter confidential, identifying, legal, medical, personal salary, client, or company-secret information.
Authentication And Access
Authentication is handled through Firebase. Access is checked against the active subscriber gate configured for this beta.
Service Providers
The current beta uses Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication and data storage, OpenAI for achievement drafting when you use the AI feature, and Rav-Messer for subscriber access checks. These providers may process data only as needed to provide those functions.
Future Analytics Or Marketing Tools
If non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing attribution, or similar tracking tools are added later, they should be loaded only after a clear consent choice.
Your Controls
Inside the profile area you can export your dashboard data and request account deletion. Account deletion removes app-owned dashboard data and attempts to delete the Firebase login user.
